You can tell it's Cherryblod because his antenna are sticking up over top, but otherwise the box is tall enough to block view of his face.]

[He's shocked enough by the giant box that he almost slips and uses the honorific by accident, but just barely catches himself?]

This... It isn't for me, is it...?

[If it is, Naegi's going to die from embarrassment. But at least it will be a happy death.]

Of course it is. It's your birthday, isn't it?

[Even without seeing Cherryblod's expression, it's obvious he's smiling wide.]

I-it is. [And now, he looks suitably embarrassed.] Sorry, come inside though...! That box is really huge...

[He'll stand to the side so Cherryblod can enter, and gesture to the closest table.]

You didn't have to get me something so big... But I really appreciate it.

[The box is carefully deposited on the nearby table.

And then Naegi's getting pulled into a warm hug. Heart-shaped bubbles are popping up everywhere.]

Didn't I tell you? It's a father's joy to spoil his children.

[Naegi is still embarrassed, but he's happily content in the hug, feeling happiness warming him through and through. The air shines a little around him, and if they were outside, flowers would probably be bursting through the ground.]

I'm embarrassed... I'm still really embarrassed, but... I'm really happy, too.

[He looks up, smiling softly, and there's a weight in his words that goes beyond just the present.] Thank you so much.

[It's probably the prettiest scene right now, air glimmering through the heart-shaped bubbles to make everything shine and glitter. But Cherryblod's entire focus is on Naegi and his smile, so he doesn't notice.]

[For allowing him to share this happiness with Naegi, for believing him a person worthy of adding to his family.]

I'm really, really lucky... To come here and end up with such a great dad, I'd have to be really lucky. [His Talent being put to good use, for once.

Naegi chuckles a little and shakes his head.] I don't know what you got me, but this is already a good birthday present.

[Naegi gets the forehead smooch before Cherryblod goes to open the box.

Since it's such a big box, it takes a bit of doing to reveal what's inside, but eventually it shows: a tier cake. Not like a wedding one, but all the tiers are different kinds - chocolate of course, and then there's red velvet, that one looks like hazelnut...]

I didn't know which one was your favorite, so I decided to play it safe.

[Naegi rubs at his forehead shyly, but then his mouth is falling open in pleasant surprise at what lies inside of the box.] Cherryblod...!

Y-you didn't have to get something so nice, but... They're beautiful. This is really wonderful...! [After a moment, he chuckles a little sheepishly.] And I like all three, so that's a pretty lucky guess.

Maybe your good luck's rubbing off on me.

[Though he's lucky himself, at times. So it could just be his own natural good fortune.]

I really don't know if my luck works like that... But if it does, I hope it gives you only good luck!

[He'll give a mild but insistent tug on Cherryblod's sleeve, however.] Share some of it with me, though? There's no way I can finish all of this by myself...! [He laughs a little at that.] Kirigiri-san is out, but we might have to enlist Komaru for help.
